Developing countries still seek action on climate finance. What must COP26 deliver to be a success? Former US Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz, former California Air Resource Board head Mary Nichols, and France’s diplomatic point person for the Paris Agreement, Laurence Tubiana have all faced this challenge. Explore with them the challenges and risks to claim success.
