Reflecting on the past 8 years, the Agora has evolved from a small foyer with 12 start-ups to a major presence on the third floor of the George R. Brown Center. Now featuring 2 studios, 5 pods, 3 carbon hubs, and over 200 start-ups, the Agora’s scope has broadened to include academia, national labs, and new industries like aviation and technology. The discussions now cover the entire innovation spectrum, from emerging technologies to the practical challenges start-ups face in bringing their solutions to market and advancing climate science.
